I have had some great experiences with “Housemates” in the past and usually it’s from recommendations of other mutual friends. I draw the line at anyone who smokes, does drugs, or has a pet, or unhealthy lifestyle. I am a very active, tidy, health nut and enjoy having those in my home that are somewhat the same.
