It's a newer townhouse, 3 bedrooms, but the lease cover 2 people-I use the 3rd room currently for storage, and so can you! Very nice, very clean...and I'm also very nice and clean. I'm pretty laid back about most things, but I do like to have a tidy house. The lease is until August 2007, I'll be moving out at that time, you'd have the option to leave or find a new roommate.
