HI! We're stable people who are looking for a roommate to share our home. The home is 2610 sq ft, 4bd, 3 full bath. There is a deck & patio & RV/boat parking. For $650/mo you can rent the downstairs (lower level of the house) w/one large bedroom w/2 closets, a private full bath & hall closet, too. The family room is furnished & private. There's tons of storage space, the home is only 1 yr old & has a great sized yard. We will allow only an outside dog. No pets in the house currently.

Victorian built in 1905. Lots of character, but still needs some work. I am willing to trade a portion of rent for help remodeling. I have two rooms to choose from. One is smaller and I am asking $300 for that room. The other is larger, has cable and phone jacks and could easily be changed to have a separate phone line. I am asking $400 for that room. Both include utilities, except long-distance phone calls.
