You would have the entire LL to yourself. The only areas we would share are the kitchen, laundry and garage. There is a TV, bed, and one chair for your use, and plenty of space for your own furniture. You will also have your own private fireplace. My cat would not have access to your space. I'm a pretty laid-back guy who is pretty much just looking for a roof over my head and a place to sleep. I work A LOT, so I'm gone for most of the day. I'm pretty much a night owl, I'll stay up to 4-5 am most days then off to work around 10am. When I do have free time I usually spend it watching movies playing video games or on the computer. Although I am always in the mood to get together with friends for a few and relax. I keep to myself when needed and have no problem with noise or people.
