The only thing that would bother me would be a lack of privacy or someone who constantly needs attention. Other than that, I'm very mellow and not into judging people. I don't mind parties, noise, smoking, etc. Just need a private room and lots of time to myself. I become more social with time. Any gender is fine.

Dont keep up a lot of drama dont want to live amongst a lot of drama. Need occasional quiet time to study. Work 1 -9 pm and lot of overtime. I only really need a place to sleep and I am generally a very cleanly person and I can cook and clean. The only thing that bothers me as far as looking for a roomie is I don't want anyone touching my things. If you ask, I'm usually fine with it but I do not put up with people who steal or "borrow" things without my knowledge. Everything else, I'm cool with.
Dejamonet   Our current roommate is moving to Orlando. Professional couple with a four bedroom, two bath home has a big bedroom and own bathroom for rent. Bedroom is on opposite side of house and end of a hall for maximum privacy. Has large closet and ceiling fan. Bathroom is all yours, only used when guests are over. Wireless internet, cable, all utilities, washer and dryer and full house privileges included. Large yard, almost an acre of land. We would consider someone with a pet.
