It is a decent size room with extra out of room storage. Quiet atmosphere with only 1 roommate. I like to have fun but usually go out. I work full time and am also a part time grad student so I am not home often.

You would pay 1/2 rent whichi will not be more the 220.00 a month, I would pay all the gas bill and we would split electricity, so let me know if your intrested.
