I'm not really messy, but I'd like to find people that aren't neat freaks and won't mind if the kitchen doesn't get cleaned right away as long as it gets cleaned sometime soon. I have a dog, and he gets along with other animals (if that animal gets along with others) He needs a little while to get used to them, but it's just because he wants to play and be friends and the other animal can get annoyed by that.

LoftInRome   Hi future roomie! A nice loft apartment in downtown Rome, just 1/2 block from all the fun. It's a 2br/2bth with large living & dining. Your room is 12x10ft. with private bath. Monthly utilities max out in the summer at $400 total (so max of $200 each.) ask any questions you may have. this is also found on roommates.com and craigslist.org

There is Chow-Shepherd mix on premise that belongs to my sister, (hes just a big ol' puppy). Personal references are required. Willing to submit to a background check.
