DEPOSITE CAN BE PAID IN TWO PAYMENTS. I AM ABOUT TO START RENTING A HOME WITH TWO BEDROOMS AND WOULD LIKE TO RENT OUT THE SECOND. THE MONTHLY COST WOULD BE 250 DOLLARS PLUS PART OF ELECTRIC.
