3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 of them would be yours, one with a computer desk that is not used. Kitchen with dining area, Dishwasher and Chest Freezer. Unfurnished basement with washer and dryer and plenty of storage. Main Bathroom upstairs, half bath down stairs. There is alley parking. There is also a concrete patio area for a potential barbeque and a very small fenced area.
