12volttech   small 3 bedroom home in private pocono community (Indian Mountain Lakes). Use of amenities included. Quiet street (only 5-8 cars go by between 7 to midnight!). 1 uber friendly black lab in house. 1 timid cat around property. Some storage are may be provided. Room is unfurnished at the moment, but can provide bed and dresser and even tv if ness. renter must pay for 2nd satallite tv hookup if desired.

Stephen18036   You would have full use of loft and spare bedroom. Unfortunately bathroom would be shared. Quiet neighborhood with pool and golf course, basketball/tennis courts. I have my own bedroom and living room on other side of the house. I do have a friendly dog and cat who can come in and out as they please. I'm clean but not obsessive. Recently broke up with gf so looking to offset the mortgage. I smoke but not in the house. I prefer a female roommate as they tend to be cleaner/neater.
