Auwtau   A view of the pond and very roomy. You will have your own bathroom that is connected to the bedroom with a very large walk-in closet. Cable tv is availible in the living room and high speed internet is availible too. The living room is furnished but the bedroom is not. I do not mind smoking inside the apartment, in fact, I enjoy the smell, but I do not smoke myself. I will allow drinking in the apartment as long as it is not excessive. No large parties.

I will cover all utilities. There is a choice of three other rooms, two of which have active cable and phone outlets, with a bathroom down the hall. I can also wire the room with internet access upon request. My time frame is completely flexible, and rent is negotiable.
