wildred56   Really cute waterfront home. Downstairs is available;bedroom,bathroom,larger living room,large deck,yard and laundry room. I am working on getting a refrigerator and stove to put downstairs, until that happens we can share the kitchen upstairs. There is also 100 ft of waterfront/dock and room for a boat or a couple of jet skis. My house is quaint and very peaceful. Its a great place to live and play....beautiful place to come home to at the end of a busy day :)

Sandman30   The house is brand new, 2000 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, and 2 bath, in Oakley, CA. The house is located in a safe, clean, new neighborhood that is growing like crazy. You will have your own room with an average sized closet (141 sq. ft.). There is a full bathroom across the hall from the rooms. All common areas will be shared, to include kitchen, living room, laundry room, dining room, garage, and the backyard. The house has Comcast cable with On Demand and high speed wireless internet.
