House is in a great Golfing community you'll have access to hiking, biking, Tennis, Olympic size pools, recreation senters and many other amenities. Roommates consist of 2 females and one male. We are very considerate and easy to get along with. We do like to go out and have fun every now and then.

Close to Park & Ride, Leander High School, Wal-Mart & Austin Community College. Furnished master bedroom/priv bath/garage parking $650(share utilities), also plan to rent front furnished bedroom/share bath/off street parking $550(share utilities) Maybe you have a friend? Please no drugs, nothing illegal. I will only stay there one or two days a week. 3/2/2 brick house. Lovely clean neighborhood, lots of young people. Singles and young families that are very friendly.

non-private bath (shared only with guests). I have one cat
(only 1 pet allowed). $45 application fee, $200 deposit. I
have 5-disc DVD, TiVo, surround sound, large DVD
collection. No furnishings in living room (some end-tables),
so feel free to bring a sofa or recliner!
I'm a graphic designer, quiet, not a party person, typical
hours, and love going to films with friends or by myself. I
like to cook.

Great neighborhood in Pflugerville, lots of kids, and great for pets! On a corner lot with a large yard, even a doggie door. Pergo and tile all downstairs so great for pet! Perfect for parents, master bedroom is down stairs away from the rest of the house, upstairs is 2 bedroom and a den/loft. 2.5 bathroom, great size kitchen , perfect for entertaining. Very funky, walls are painted , kitchen is purple, and red accent walls in living and masterbedroom. Great schools and within a mile for 3 golf
