This place is a double wide trailer and it is nice because there are no neighbors on either side. It is a more open space than most mobile homes. Pets woud be ok, but it depends on the breed, (they don't allow certain breeds). It also has a pretty good size porch to barbecue on in the spring and summer. Very cozy place from the inside out!

We have a newly remodeled house in Quincy, IL. We are both
serious college students. This is a very relaxed and easy
going environment. We are both very clean. The third
bedroom has new carpet in it, along with the rest of the
house. Hardwood floors and ceramic tiles on the downstairs
level. Big yard with a three car garage available.
