I currently live in T.C., but am looking to move into a 2 bedroom apt to save some money. I've found a place near downtown that is about $750 a month and would love to move in there if I can find a roommate. I am looking for someone who is reliable, respectful and clean, and laid back. If you are looking for a roommate and already have a place I'm open to that as well (but I'd like to stay as close to downtown TC as possible). I'd like to move in in late October.

this is a basic appartment complex set up....there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath...shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. it has a wacher/dryer in the unit.

I am a nursing student at NMC and I work at Munson as a nurse tech on midnight shifts. I am looking for a one room house/apartment to rent during the school year, and preferrably looking to move in somewhere during August. I am quiet, clean, and responsible. I will be going to school 5 days/week, and working 16-24+ hours a week. I am respectful that my schedule is different from most, and will work quietly. I will have friends over rarely, and my boyfriend visits once every other week or less.
