its a new apartment complex, there called luxry apartments, very nice. carpet and tile threw out. it has fair amount of parking. very nice neighborhood, very quiet. the apartment is fully furnished execpt the spare bedroom where u supply you bed. i dont have cable but will go in half in roommate wants it. if any questions just ask.

i am a 27 and i easy to get along with. i have a mini pin she is about 6 lbs and spoiled to me so she wouldn't be a bother to any one and she is completely house broken is friendly as can be. i keep to myself so i wouldn't bother any one and i have a life so i would probalby be gone. I like a clean house, I am not a freak or anything about it but i absolutely could not live in a filthy house some mess i could handle

I'm going to be in Beaumont to help with the hurricane recovery effort. Will be working all the time, roommate won't see me much. Looking for a clean place to stay with internet access. I plan to be Beaumont for a few months. I am married so my wife may visit one weekend a month.
