We are expecting a baby in August, so as of August there will be a child present. We have a cat, she is well-behaved, and pretty friendly. We also have a fish tank with 3 fish. We take care of the fish and the cat, that is no one elses responsibility. We are looking for anyone who needs a room somewhere. We are very understanding people, and we're not scrict. I have a room available in Concord. The apartment is on the first floor with driveway parking. There is an average size kitchen and a pretty big living room. There are two small bedrooms and one bath. It is so close to most of the colleges and major routes. Your share of rent would be $440 and utilities vary and could be up to $200 a month. That includes gas heat, electricity, cable and internet.
