.2 acres in a great residential neighborhood. close to downtown, very close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Right off main drag, but in subdivision so no street noises.

2 bedrooms condo with 2 private bath. The subdivision is very quiet, private, and peaceful. There are plenty of trees..It's like living in a park. The subdivision also have a swimming pool, small basketball court, fitness center, and club house. Only a few minutes to I-75, I-71, and Ronald Regan/Cross County Hwy. dvds, microwave, refridgerator, and so on, there is one
shower so all of your bathroom things can go in there and i
just use it to shower. i have a nice balcony, the apartment
is very nice and well kept, im a student at UC, a senior in
graphic design and im looking for someone responsible to
