AllieGato   Very quiet area, close to UB North campus. Bedrooms are very big. Half bath attached to my bedroom which is where I keep cat's litter box. Large living room, big kitchen, and a dining room. It's on the second floor of the 4-unit building (2 units on first floor, 2 on second). Large parking lot. Landlord is very nice and very prompt to respond to questions and requests.
