This place is great. Its cheap rent including all utilities except electricity and cable is included ($30 value per month). Its a two story, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. Downstairs is the kitchen, living room and half-bathroom. Walking distance to UNT. For the size, quality, and proximity to campus, you won't find a better deal.

Great apartment, I just want someone to share expenses with and to possibly hang out with me and my two dogs. The complex is great, the apartment is awesome, and the roommate is the best around!
