tiffclo   Beautiful little house but is still quite roomy, large windows that let in natural light. Bathroom and rooms are large with double sink and separate tub and shower.

I just bought a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath older home in Marshall that has been fully updated.The house was built in 1931 and has a lot of character with modern updates. I have a bedroom available to rent with full access to the house. There is a washer/dryer, hot tub and nice back yard. The rent would be $350.00 plus a portion of utilities.
