Nice Duplex in quite neighborhood of Uniontown. 2 Storages, private bed Room, dining room, kitchen, huge windows, private courtyard, washer and dryer, high speed internet and cable TV, all hardwood floors, very clean. You pay 300 and you do not have to worry about nothing at all.

The price would depend on if you want it furnished or not and if you want cable that is yours to pay. It is an older house, downstairs is mine and main floor is kitchen. upstairs are 2 bedrooms we are currently installing bathrooms (shower not tub) into both rooms. small dogs allowed NO CATS
