Sarahdb91   Super nice place! Newish appliances, Its technically handicapped so the bathrooms giant, and the kitchens a tad bit bigger. The bedrooms are OK sized, but not too bad. Theres a breakfast bar. Water, Heat, Plowed Parking, & Garbage taken care of in rent. We pay Electric & WIFI. So on top of the $230 it'll be about $20 for WIFI(that depends on how fast we want the net) & $15 for Electricity(depends on how much we use, I'm good about shutting things off/unplugging things).

rsbellav   The house is well maintained with new drywall and carpeting and 5 large bedrooms. The kitchen and common living areas are spacious with recently updated appliances. Laundry on site, with a basement for storage and off street parking. The property is across the street from a northern grocery chain and 15 minutes from Walmart and MTU's campus.
Clv44   Three-bedroom apartment, two currently being used. Laundry included. Stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Gas is paid for. I work most of the day as a tv reporter. Don’t often stay up late. Hobbies include reading, bike riding, watching movies and playing video games. I have a tv already installed.
