The apartment complex is located in Forestdale/Birmingham and the name of the complex is Timber Ridge. I have lived there for a year now and the apartments are nice and clean. Right now I'm looking to switch from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment. Both my roommate and I would have to sign the lease and pay the $250 deposit ($125 each) and half of first month's rent,which will be $267 (we each pay half). Water and gas are included in the rent. However, she is a Rottweiler & the breed has branded her. I have had her since 6 wks. of age & she is as gentle as any lab & never shown aggression toward anyone.
