I don't mind pets, but the landlady charges $400 fee for each pet that comes to the place. Id like to have a dog or cat around though, so if you have an animal id be willing to go halfsies on that fee. i'm a musician, so you gotta put up w/ my noise.

WHuff   It's a really nice 3 bedroom house, it has a bathroom in my room so you can have the other bathroom all to yourself if you want although it is the only bathtub/shower in the house. I have three well groomed cats so must love cats.
