serene14   Well, I recently moved to Cape Girardeau and am now looking for an apartment or a roommate. I'm pretty laid back, so most people get along with me. I am a very hard worker as well, therefore I have like, 2 jobs at all times so rent would never be an issue. My ideal roommate is pretty much someone who doesn't use drugs, but drinking and smoking really don't bother me.
cape80   The whole apartment is furnished by me except the other bedroom. It is in really good shape and the utilities are pretty low.
broch84   I am looking for some nice and honest to live with. I would like to be a able to trust the person with my things and be able to not have to worry about my things when I am not at home. I would like the person to be fun and outgoing and not totally to themselves. I am going to the police academy in september at SEMO. So someone with the same interest in careers would be nice but not required.

Gracie92   It is a large apartment/duplex Huge living room, private bedrooms, public bathroom. One other duplex above the duplex with a sweet family living there. Very old, Spanish-style building. Very roomy.
