Beach, boats(Kyak,sail, canoe & paddle), hiking trails,tennis, basketball ct. Easy to get your exercise in. 10 min to Blt. Mall 15 to downtown. 3 min to I 40. morgi   Furnished home in incredibly nice neighborhood. Very clean, everything you could possibly need already here. Huge yard that is kept by landlords. 2 apple trees and a pear tree in the back yard. On the top of a hill so it's very quiet and private.
