There’s a pool which is nice in the summer. 1 Bedroom plus bathroom with private toilet and sink and roommate-style shower/tub.Shared living room, kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer, and small dining area. BYO food, laundry detergents, and cleaning supplies! You will be responsible for half of the electric bill and internet bill on a monthly. Parking is available out front of the unit.

No cable but chrome cast and Netflix are available. Washer and dryer also. I have my sons on weekends usually from Friday after work until Sunday afternoon. I don't smoke, drink, or use drugs.
