I will be attending school there as a graduate student in the field of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in the Fall. I am looking for a clean residence, preferably (2 BD) that is quiet and have residents that are willing to clean after themselves. Current residents who are graduate students is a big plus.

awgraha   Rent and utilities top at $300 a month. 15-20 minute drive from clemson depending on traffic. We have one cat whose very friendly. The open room is 9x9 with a decent closet and a window. Washer dryer included. Occasional social drinkers. Not overly stingy about it being perfectly clean but like to keep it at minimum decent. New roommate needs to be trans friendly.
