rgdow86   Rent includes all uilities except for satellite. Right now i have a maximum channel package on my tv however if my roommate doesnt wish to pay for half i will most likely cut it down to a lower package.It's a pier and beam house on 3/4 acre. I have a 9 yr old dog but would like to avoid bringing more pets in the house if possible, will make exceptions. Also lease period can be discussed.

nsandlin11   Well I'm a student at st Philips, I'm majoring in network security, I'm a bit of a dork, I love sports, basketball is my favorite, I don't drink or smoke or party at all, I am just a very nice, easy going guy I get up 10am - 12pm. I go to bed after 2am. I eat kosher. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party rarely. I do not have any pets.
jsmith36   36 year old male and im new to this area. Originally from the Beaumont part of TX, but hurricane Harvey did us pretty bad. im just lookin for a single room for myself at the moment. I work at Greune Outpost River Lodge as a Groundskeeper. Im usually pretty tired when i get home so you wont hear much outta me. Not much of a partier but open to anything. Pretty clean laid back guy for the most part. Respect me & I will respect you.
DewiS   I am a busy person and looking for a room to stay. I am an easy going person but I am looking to live with someone who is not alcholic or drug user. I don't care for a male or female roommate as long as I can get along. I usually am very easy to get along with.
