There are two rooms available, both unfurnished. The rest of the trailer (i.e. kitchen, living room, bathroom) are fully furnished and you would only need to bring things for your room. There is a pet policy put down by the landlady. Background checks are mandatory and provided by the landlady within a week of applying.
