Top floor of 2 flat. Hrdwd flrs throughout, very high ceilings, feels like a loft. All 3 of the bedrooms are fairly large and have large closets. A full size-queen sized bed can fit easily with a dresser and other small-medium piece of furniture. Safe neighborhood with easy street parking. Located near public transportation both bus/el within walking distance, and 1/4 of a mile to Kennedy expsway. The apt. is about 5 driving minutes to the downtown area, and about 2 miles south of Wicker Park.
