dkolb15   The apartment is 990 sq. ft. It's just me in there so there is plenty of room for one more. The apartment only allows cats but i am allergic so if you have cats please don't contact me. The apartment is on the third floor, it is right by the gym and laundry facility and parking stalls. The apartment has a fire place, crown moldings, new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as new floors in the kitchen and bathroom.
cheeseisgood   One of the three close friends currently living in this apartment needs to move out for financial reasons. Remaining are two males: 22 & 23; working full-time jobs. We run a multi-scheduled household (days/graves). We have frequent visits from close, trustworthy friends. You must have stable, full-time work. You will be sharing a bathroom with the 23-year-old. You must know how to fairly share space, water, tv, etc. You must be light on pet peeves and able to compromise.
