ssull12atlsu   Hey...I need a roommate for as long as you need a room. I have a 3,200 sq foot house that will have a MAX of 3 people (including myself) living in it at all times. We have a game room with a pool table and two private decks on a second floor, a courtyard in the middle of the house, a big backyard that needs some work, high speed internet, a very cool landlady (me), and pretty easy house rules. Magick   The apartment is furnished except for one empty room. We have a lake with a gazebo and a private walkway to the apartment. I have two cats and am very easy to live with, clean and respectful. You would pay half of the rent (total $585), half of cable internet and half of the electricity... about $400 roughly per month.

I love hanging out and having fun but im also serious about my school. I have a boyfriend at LSU. I plan to go to BRCC in the fall and LSU in the spring. lvance2   Well, I would like to find a place near LSU with someone who I an at least get along with. I'm pretty quiet, I don't go to/have loud parties full of drunk people. I don't care if my roommate has parties like that, as long as people stay out of my room, lol. I'm not very messy, my room can get a little out of hand, but my shared living place will be clean. Messiness doesn't really bother me. I'm pretty mellow but I'm fun to be around.
