You would have use of the bedrm to yourself. I have a foldout couch that I use anyway. I am not around most of the time as I am working alot. I have 2 very affectionate cats.

2 bedrooms condo with 2 private bath. The subdivision is very quiet, private, and peaceful. There are plenty of trees..It's like living in a park. The subdivision also have a swimming pool, small basketball court, fitness center, and club house. Only a few minutes to I-75, I-71, and Ronald Regan/Cross County Hwy.
