Mwood   The House was built in 2001 and is a Ranch style. House sits on 20 acres, with pond and over 5.5 acres groomed weekly. Very picturesque and very quiet. 4 school districts converge in this area. Ideal for a single Parent with one child or two. But very roomy for one or two Adults. all new furnishings. Linens for both room and bath. Over 1800 sq. of Heated Storage. House comes with lawn an garden man and Once A month cleaning girl. Rent can be reduced by extra household and or lawn help.
taconottoco   I am looking for a roommate, perferably a non smoker and someone who likes a dog. You would pay 1/2 rent whichi will not be more the 220.00 a month, I would pay all the gas bill and we would split electricity, so let me know if your intrested. I have one dog, two cats and a gerbil, the are very clean don't worry, I am clean, I love to clean. I like to have fun, but also like alone time.

Home is a 10 minute drive from Marysville and Port Huron. In a quiet subdivision. Renter will have own parking space. Non drinking and smoking home. We're genarally pretty quiet and keep a tidy home.
