The apt. is approx. 1100 sq. ft. & has a kitchen, living room w/wood burning stove, bathroom, W/D, private entrance & storage shed. On 5 acres of land, half woods, with another 20 acres of woods behind our house. There is a partial view of the bay across the street. There are 2 very friendly dogs on the property, but never in your apt. We are located in Gig Harbor, on the Key Peninsula, on Hwy 302, btwn Vaughn & Victor.

Spacious bedroom ( locked door) in 3-bdrm duplex, Lacey. There is a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, garage (used for storage), fenced yard, safe, quiet neighborhood a block from 1-5 access. The house is furnished, but the bdrm is not... you would have to supply your own bdrm furnishings. Any items you want to put out throughout the house, of your own... pictures, nick-nacks, favorite chair, art, etc., would not be a problem. I want who ever shares this home to feel at home.
