This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo upstairs. i have 2 small dogs. i go to college in town and will be moving in on march 1st possibly before. the rent is $250 and we split the utilities, which isnt that much.

Room to rent on 2nd floor; fully furnished (bed, dresser, bureau, walk-in closet) & private bathroom attached. I would be fine with a month to month arrangement but I would prefer a roommate who plans to stay at least 3 months and I would require a minimum of 10 days notice in the event that you planned to move.
