Rent is $600 per month, all utilities included. Free cable TV and Free high-speed internet.

There is additional storage space available in the garage. Kitchen has high ceilings and a skylight.
I will be furnishing the living room when I move in on 8/28 or if you have furniture, we can discuss.
Common areas will be shared - kitchen, laundry, living rm, and dining rm.
