I have a room in my house that is 9x11 (a little bigger actually), natural light, has it's own private entrance and it's own bathroom (with a shower), total access to the washing machine/dryer as well as all the dishes/appliances in the kitchen. The house is just off Carlisle and about 2 blocks south of Nob Hill and across the street from Ridgecrest-a 10 minute walk to Central. The inside of the house is very nice; I'm working on the landscaping (I'm buying the house I write this).
