mocephus   3/2/2 house by Spring Hill Dr and 41. The house is 1800 sq ft, was built in 2005 and is located on a cul-de-sac in a very nice, quiet, secluded neighborhood. Located within 5 minutes of Target, Kohls, the Suncoast Parkway and Publix. Close enough to the center of Spring Hill, but far enough away where there's little traffic.
