The friend & I that had originally signed the lease decided that we're going our seperate ways (I'm moving to California she might be going to ISU). It's a great place. It's very clean. The bedrooms are fairly big, bigger than I expected them to be. The kitchen is very nice and there is a washer & dryer in the lowest level. The landlords are great! I know for sure that cats are allowed.

karan2100   I'm renting out a room and a bathroom in a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment on Newton and Lincoln Ave. near UIHC and the dental hospital. There is a parking space reserved for the tenants, but u'll have to pay $30 for that. The apartment is on cambus and city bus routes. About 4 cambuses run from right across the street, which take u to downtown, or around the campus area. U can move-in anytime u want to before August.

ASTICKELS   I am looking to sublease my apartment until July 2012. I live with three other roommates who are absolutely amazing. The apartments are furnished meaning there is a couch, love seat, full size bed, dresser, desk & chair, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and stove. The lodge has amazing amenities like free fitness, tanning, lounge & study rooms, on site laundry, free shuttle bus to university, kirkwood and downtown.
