Kitchen includes all appliances. I have a washer and dryer, & all utilities included in monthly rent along w/garage parking. House has a patio with a gas grill. House is also equipped w/treadmill, elliptical & tanning bed for use. Renter is allowed access as long as respect of property is honored.
