The house is brand new in a new community. All the bedrooms are located upstairs with upstairs laundry room. The bathroom upstairs is large and will be shared by two people, but each will have their own sink area. There is a two car garage and plenty of storage space throughout the house. I also have a game room with a pool table, foosball table, and big screnn tv. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom I am trying to rent out.
