The house is on a horse acre located in Reintree estates, Woodinville. It is secluded and private due to the trees. All new carpet, fresh paint and very comfortable. The room can be furnished or not. There are 2 fireplaces, a pool table. I tend to keep the inside of the house fairly neat and clean but have lost interest in keeping the yard up.
I have one male roommate and would like a woman for the room upstairs.

There are some nice apartments near one of my jobs
where a 2bd is only $680 and I believe they also have a
wacher and dryer in unit. They allow small pets as well.

I found a place in Bothell that's $699/mo., top floor, washer and dryer in unit. I'm game to go $350 each. It's available Sept. 9th. I haven't looked at it yet.
I'm fun, fair, and focused! Going to school full-time and working full-time. I'm dependable and honest! I'm looking for a roommate who shares the same qualities! I like fast cars and custom Harley's (and much more). I'm easy to get along with; grew up as an Air Force bratt; allergic to cats and fresh-cut grass; and travel often for work.
