One room's about a 9' X 9' room and the other is about 10' x 10', both just big enough for a twin or full bed along with dresser and nightstand. Room for Rent. I own a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home and I am in need of a roommate.
About the house
The house is only 3 years old at the end of a cul de sac of a quiet development. The kitchen, dining room living room is all shared living space. I have a full size basement and a large yard. The bedroom for rent has two large closets. So there is plenty of space. Rent includes utilities, except for the heating bill which can be split. I have a washer and dryer on premises.
