Home compl Aug 03. There is an extra LR poss. BD and Bath. Shared kitchen & guest room. Rooms can be furnished or unfurn. Excelent Lake neighborhood. Beach, boats(Kyak,sail, canoe & paddle), hiking trails,tennis, basketball ct. Easy to get your exercise in. 10 min to Blt. Mall 15 to downtown. 3 min to I 40. I work out of town alot..it's too much house for me. Think you'll love it. will send photos & flpln. unlm. long dist.

Furnished home in incredibly nice neighborhood. Very clean, everything you could possibly need already here. Huge yard that is kept by landlords. 2 apple trees and a pear tree in the back yard. On the top of a hill so it's very quiet and private.

I'm a recent college grad and Asheville native, just moved back to town and am seeking a longish-term place to live. I'm reasonably quiet, clean and all that good stuff; I have prior-roommate references if necessary. I would love to spend time with my housemates and enjoy their company, not just share space.
