A good sized room with your own bathroom. 2 floor to ceiling windows that over looks our horses and two smaller Windows. Your rent includes all bills paid plus high speed net. There are three other girls that are non catty, nice, and respectful. They are interior design majors at Baylor. They are definately really cool and are welcoming to a new roommate. It is a great apartment. I through parties every Wednesday, and the girls didn't seem to mind. All the girls respect one another and are considerate.

My home, a three-bed, two-bath brick ranch, is located 6.5 miles from MCC, 7.5 miles from downtown Waco and Baylor campus, etc., and 1.5 miles from TSTC-Waco. Offering a private room (with cable and phone jack) and private bathroom. I have an 18-pound, three-year-old terrier mix and a mellow 15-year-old cat sharing the house as well. I'd prefer someone without animals, as I already have my two, but it's NOT a deal-breaker.

I'm a very quiet person I do not mess with other peoples things, because I shared a room once and the guy had no respect for my things so I know how it is. Because i currently stay with my dad he will soon be shipped off to Iraq in July so I will have to find a place to stay while as I go to school. I have my own car basically all the things you need to furnish an apartment.
