It overlooks the golf course and you can see the waterway from the front door. You've got access to two pools and a jacuzzi. Hwy. 31 access to MB and Grand Strand is approx 1 mile away. Two bedroom unit has screened in back porch, 2 full bath, new hot water heater, and fairly new AC unit.
