Free use of washer/dryer but you must supply detergent. 1 tv in the hhouse, you'll need one for your room, but I have the cable box ready. You'll need a separate phone line in room. 1st mnth needed down. Normal cleanliness is expected. Must give 30 day notice prior to leaving. You must sign a contract. 2 car garage but it is full. You'll have to pay for storage.
